Fernando Calderon exemplifies the true nature of teamwork and service. Due to a family event, Valeria was unable to photograph the EC&R event, so she asked Fernando to step in as lead photographer. Fernando went above and beyond from beginning to end. Not only did he arrive early and help decorate, but he captured videos and photos of the event and served his fellow co-workers as they made request after request for group photos. I understand why Valeria asked him to step in for her, he brought the event to life on film. Fernando took joy in serving during the event and smiled the entire time. I cannot express my gratitude for his willingness to serve and to make the event ICOE Amazing! Fernando represents everything that is good about ICOE. Thank you, you are a GEM!
