(Wendy Rangel) Over the summer, we had one of the main AC units in Building A go down. Wendy worked tirelessly, along with her M/O team, to address the issue as quickly as possible. Beyond the late evenings and weekend work with contractors, she also took it upon herself to be proactive in trying to avoid this from happening in the future. She ordered extra parts and has coordinated training for our staff to know how to quickly troubleshoot our complex units. Despite the 115 degree temperatures, Wendy was up on the roof with the contractors and our staff with her sleeves rolled up! Well done!
