Cesar Duran is a great person to have working for ICOE. In my time here, I have seen nothing from him but hard work and a positive attitude. Cesar is a person who will stay until the job is done or return as soon as he has found a solution. He is the one person who I can count on to build a partition, install a stove, speakers, and rewire a classroom. His demeanor is always respectful and his happiness contagious.
