Monica Venegas is a joy to work with. She does her job very well and goes above and beyond regularly. Normally, Eric delivers all packages; however, he was out to lunch when Monica was made aware of an important department delivery that needed to take place immediately. She stopped what she was doing and delivered the items herself. Monica took the initiative during the middle of a very time sensitive moment while all staff were out and thanks to her desire to assist, everything moved smoothly. Monica just made it happen.
