Jeff Sturdevant always provides the most professional and speedy support to all of our events. I received a notification that our items for the Autumn and the Arts event were going to be delayed due to shipping issues. I notified Jeff and Stacey Arthur so they could be on the lookout for the items (UPS / USPS). As soon as they arrived at the warehouse, Jeff had Judith run them over to our office without going through the normal check-in process. By doing so, we were able to receive the items in time to prep and utilize them for the event that evening. We were so appreciative of that extra effort and this has been our experience with Jeff in the past. He always goes above to make sure we have what we need to make our events the best possible.
