ICOE Gems

Jaydeen Sanchez began busily planning for The Inaugural ICOE Teacher's Induction Conference a few months before it was scheduled to take place on October 10, 2023. She reserved the breakout rooms here at the ICOE main campus, ordered all the materials and food needed for the conference, and made sure the new registration system was ready to go when participants started arriving. She also designed and created name badges for 141 participants and put their schedule for the day on the reverse side of the badge. The design included QR codes to join the new Teacher Induction Facebook page and to give access to all the slides used in the presentations. She showed outstanding leadership by organizing the other assistants here in Curriculum to help her with the many moving parts she was overseeing. During the conference, Jaydeen welcomed everyone with a smile and made sure all participants had what they needed to have a fun and learning-filled day. The feedback we received was overwhelmingly positive! This was a direct result of Jaydeen Sanchez and her hard work, her dedication to the Induction Program, and her service and leadership. Congratulations Jaydeen! You are truly ICOEAMAZING!
