Monyca Cano-Diaz has an infectious smile and is always ready to serve. Today she helped a Family Child Care (FCC) provider register onto the ECE Workforce Registry (not an easy task), created an account and showed her all the perks of being a registered participant. She illustrated the value of being patient as she "walked" the provider through the website. The FCC provider was very thankful for learning how to navigate the Registry thus being able to access her account for future training opportunities.
